How to collect results

All reports can be collected in person at the Report Collection Office located at Via Dante Alighieri 11 (Entrance A), from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Please note that each report must be collected within 30 days from the date it becomes available. Failure to do so may result in penalties imposed by the Management.

Laboratory test reports (e.g., blood tests or other biological material), cytological exams (e.g., Pap tests, urine analysis, thyroid fine needle aspiration...), and histological exams can also be collected online by accessing the link https://valduce.engitel.com/en/services/report-collection from any computer and entering the access code provided at the time of the exam (the code is printed on the report collection sheet).
